Annie met our Chewie the week we brought her home and has been a savior ever since. From potty breaks or daycare while we were at work to overnight stays for our honeymoon & ski trips we have been so grateful to Annie. Chewie is always so well loved at her place and comes home tired! Annie has been such a great resource for questions on puppy care as well since my husband and I both had dogs growing up but never were the sole care givers. We are going to miss her when we move next month!

I was completely comfortable on my vacation knowing that Annie would not only take excellent care of our dog Rusty, but she gave us an extra bonus by keeping an eye on my parents who live with us!!! (Who she has also known since childhood) she sent us pictures of Rusty and she did a better job of checking in with us about Rusty, then we did of checking in on him! I would recommend her and her company Paws and Pillows highly, and she definitely gets 5 stars from us!

Annie fed our two cats in Waltham while we were away on vacation. She was very responsive, professional, and is a genuine animal lover to boot! We loved getting status reports and pictures of our cats every time she went over. Annie was flexible and was willing to help extra when our flight looked like it may have been cancelled. Annie of Paws and Pillows has been walking our dog Willa in the middle of the workday for the past year, and we couldn’t be any happier with her service. I hired Paws and Pillows to look after 1 indoor cat, 1 outdoor cat, and 3 chickens while I was out-of-town for a week. The person I dealt with – Annie – met with me a week or two in advance to walk through what I needed her to do. She was very friendly, receptive and – most importantly – competent. On the basis of a very good interview, I decided to hire her. It was a good decision: she did everything I asked of her – and then some. I had told her in advance that I would be happy to compensate her for any extra time she spent playing with my indoor cat (I was worried he would be lonely); she appears to have spent a lot of time with him, and insisted on being compensated only in “purrs.” She did a fine job with my outdoor cat, and with my chickens. What’s more, she was very responsive by e-mail and text, letting me know on a daily basis how my pets were doing. This was, perhaps, the thing I most appreciated; being 3000 miles away, it meant a lot to get a text saying not only that the cats and chickens were doing ok, but that she was spending time with the two cats. What made this especially worthwhile is that she described the time she was spending with them in a way that only someone who was actually spending time with them would. I was, in short, confident that this was no flim-flam.

Upshot: based on my experience, I would not hesitate to hire Annie again, and strongly urge others to consider doing so as well.

Annie Huff is a godsend. We are Broadway actors who live outside NYC and frequently  travel.  Our dog, Cody loves his time with Annie so much, we make the 3 hour drive up to the Boston area in order for him to stay in her care when we are out of town.  Annie is intelligent, articulate, warm, kind, and possesses an innate ability to connect with animals of all kinds – humans included.  Her fantastic sense of humor coupled with her smarts and common sense make her an absolute dream to work with.  We are lucky to have found her!  Thank you Annie, from the bottom of our hearts!

Ann is wonderful with our dog, Riley. We have used her pet sitting services several times. She always takes excellent care of him when we are away.
